Order Online

To order online, you must have an account. Please call 1-800-268-3848 and a customer service representative will set up an online ordering account for you. Once the account is set up, login here, and you can add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order, click the 'Checkout' button, available on any of the online shopping pages, and the system will guide you through the process of payment and delivery.

If ordering by Mail, Fax, or Phone, please be sure to include:

• your complete mailing address. Please use the street address rather than a box number.
• a billing address, if different from the shipping address.
• specific delivery instructions, if any (for example, Must receive before March 1, Do not deliver between June 15 and June 16, Deliver after July 1, Deliver before 3:00 p.m.).
• the complete title, ISBN, and quantity for each product. When calculating your total price, please add appropriate taxes and shipping and handling charges.
• your account number with Scholastic.

Terms and Method of Payment

Terms are net 30 days.
Please make cheques or money orders payable to Scholastic Canada Ltd. Scholastic accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. If paying by credit card, please include the credit card number and expiry date with your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges

All orders shipped within Canada are subject to shipping and handling. Shipping and charges are equal to 8% of the net order value and will be added to invoiced orders. The minimum shipping and handling charge is $6.00.

GST, PST, and QST

Books, Non-book items*, Magazines, and Shipping and Handling are subject to varying taxes depending on your province or territory. Please add appropriate taxes when submitting a pre-paid order. If you have questions about whether an item is subject to GST, HST, or QST please see the chart below or contact our Customer Service Department.
*Non-book items refer to software, videos, manipulatives, equipment, and units or kits that include a significant number of non-book items.

Returns

All products may be returned to Scholastic within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or credit, subject ot the following terms:

• All books must be in resaleable condition: clean, unused, unmarked, and free of all stamps, stickers, labels, and inserts. The use of sturdy packaging materials will help avoid damage in transit.
• Products must be returned in the original packaging.
• A copy of the relevant invoices or packing slips must be included with the return.

To help us serve you better, please check your shipment when it arrives, before stamping or marking any items, and notify us immediately of any incorrect, damaged, or defective books.
Discrepancies must be reported withing 90 days.
Resources delivered digitally online cannot be returned.

Any of our products can be ordered on an approval basis. Please contact our Customer Service Department or your Scholastic Education Sales Consultant for details, and to arrange for an approval order.
